  • 8 Week Classes

    Wednesday 22nd January – 11th March 2020

    (excluding 30th October for half-term)

    Wednesday evenings from 7pm – 9pm

    in The Royal Belfast Golf Club, Craigavad, Holywood, BT18 OBP

    with the ‘All-Day’ retreat on Sunday 1st March 2020
    From 10.30am – 4.00pm (Coffee/tea and scones from 10.00am)
    3 Course lunch included

     

    This course is for anyone wanting to bring mindfulness into their lives but it is also a certified course

    with 16 instructional hours CPD for anyone wishing to pursue professional teacher training

    The course includes a 141 page participant handbook, audio’s of all meditations and a mindfulness app to help keep you on track. Email and telephone support throughout and you will automatically be eligible to attend the monthly ‘follow-up’ classes to help maintain your practice.

    Cancellation Policy for the 8 week courses:
    If you wish to cancel your booking we will refund your fee, less a £20 administration charge,
    if you let us know 21 days or more before the course takes place.
    If you are not able to cancel your booking giving us 21 days notice, we will not be able to give you a refund.
    Circumstance may make it necessary for us to cancel events, in which case you will be entitled to a full refund.

  • REFRESHER COURSES

    These courses are designed for those who have already completed a mindfulness training.

    This 4 week course reviews and updates all the material in the full 8-week programme plus deepening practice

  • WORKSHOPS

    *Exciting New Programme of Workshops*

    Each month Caroline will present a ‘Mindful Living’ topic to help integrate
    Mindfulness practice into everyday life.
    This two hour class will include didactic teaching, powerpoint presentation,
    video clips, group discussion and meditations.
    You will have access to a private facebook group following the class for continued
    support.
     2019 Monthly Class Programme as follows:

     

    Mindful Parent/Child   –  Saturday 16th November 2019

    This workshop is for anyone in a parent/child relationship, to include parents of
    children, teenagers, adult children or if you are now caring for a parent.

     

    Classes will be held in Holywood Library from 13.30am – 15.30pm

    Cost £10 (Inc tea/coffee)
