Mindfulness can help us step back from being lost in thoughts. We learn how to appreciate each moment and it shows us a different way to relating to and coping with sensations, emotions, thoughts and feelings.

The Mindfulness NI course tutor Caroline Stewart is one of the few mindfulness teachers to have had formal training to deliver the 8-week MBCT for Life mindfulness programme online.
Caroline is a registered mindfulness teacher with the British Association for Mindfulness Based Approaches (BAMBA) and she is an accredited CBT psychotherapist. (BABCP) Caroline has extensive training in both Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

8 week online Mindfulness programmes are held via ZOOM with an ‘all day’ retreat included
This programme is the equivalent of the in-person training and is accepted by Oxford Mindfulness Centre and all other training institutes as a pre-requisite for mindfulness teacher training programmes.
