Most people live on ‘Auto Pilot’ – Very often we do things automatically, without noticing what we’re doing. We frequently get so caught up in thoughts and feelings about the past or future that we get lost in them, disconnecting from what is happening now right in front of us.
Mindfulness can help us step back from being lost in thoughts. We learn how to appreciate each moment and it shows us a different way to relating to and coping with sensations, emotions, thoughts and feelings.
The Mindfulness NI course tutor Caroline Stewart has extensive training in both Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Caroline has practised Mindfulness for the last 15 years, and has taught it for the last 6 years. She is an accredited CBT psychotherapist and trained to teach Mindfulness under the guidance of Mark Williams at Oxford University.

8 WEEK CLASSES
8 week Mindfulness programmes in Royal Belfast Golf Club, Craigavad, Holywood, Northern Ireland with an ‘all day’ Sunday at Clandeboye Estate in Bangor, Northern Ireland
Taster sessions are also held on a regular basis around the country
